1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All domestic shipping rates are carrier-calculated based on weight, distance, and service level. No promo or discount-based shipping is offered.
2. International Shipping

DHL Express supports prepaid duties at checkout in select destinations. All other carriers require payment upon delivery. SOLO Golf does not collect or remit international duties, VAT, or brokerage fees.
3. Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
- Marked “Delivered” but not received? Contact info@sologolfco.com within 3 business days.
- If your shipment is in-transit with no updates for 10+ days (U.S.) or 20+ days (international), we’ll initiate a claim with the carrier.
5. Address Changes & Order Edits
Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. Please email us within 1 hour of purchase if you need to update your shipping info or cancel the order.
6. Holiday & Peak Season
During November–December, carrier networks may experience delays. We recommend allowing an extra 2–3 business days beyond the delivery estimates noted above.
